BUYING AN ITEM WITH 'BUY NOW'

2. Complete the Order Form
Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking "Place Order", please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click " Add a new address". If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click 'Edit this address'.
After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
WHAT PROTECTIONS CAN I GET AND HOW IT WORKS?
1. Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
2. Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
· Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
· Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
· Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Zeta Trendz.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.
If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
